Okay, macabre fans... your challenge this week:

HDH138
"Eerie Elegance"

You are to create a dark, Gothic, or Halloween-based art piece
that depicts elegance in it's most strangest of forms.
You know the style we're talking about. That strange and bizarre, yet
captivating and intriguing bit of oddness. Classy, but not really
fit for human consumption. Yeah, that's it.



Let's see what strange bits of loveliness the Minions have created
for your viewing pleasure this week.

as always, great dt pieces, is it just me or does this challenge seem really tough to come up with an idea?? ill have to get my thinking hat on and see what pops into the open space between the ears ;)

Really awesome and beautiful creations by the DTs! And the GDT Crystal, her card is killer kewl! Love that frame, cool mesh! That image is really extreme! But it so rocks! Love the spider and and the gold rhinestones! Great job all!

ohhh how I have missed you Minions and all of your wonderful creations. This weeks creations I have to say is way out there...you all ROCKED this challenge...I'm hoping to be able to play this week...I have most of the yard work finished (2 mos. early I might add..lol) so I'm thinking of taking some ME time finally and would love to play along this week...thanks for the inspiration ladies...it's all wonderful and creepy...

It took me all week but I think I finally got something that fits this challenge. I may even squeeze in another by tomorrow as long as the creative juices keep flowin' and my bronchitis doesn't keep me down.

It's time for a new Monthly Macabre challenge here at the Haunted Design House! Please remember, this challenge is for your darker, gothic, macabre pieces, NOT your sweet and clean and suitable-for-your-pastor's-mother pieces. We understand that in a world of diversity and depth, there has to be some cute, sweet stuff out there, but we simply don't want to see it here. The Minions, despite all appearances to the contrary, are delicate creatures, and insipidly clean and sweet creations turn our perverted little stomachs. So, with that said, our challenge for May is  May we have a quick word?   This month we'd like you to either use some text somewhere on your creation OR make it a quick make - less than a day from start to finish. The Evil Returns

Well, well, well, look who's opening the dungeon door... Time for some air in here! That's right, the Minions (well most of us anyway) have returned for a little play in the dungeon. We really missed each other's company, and the daring souls who liked to drop by every now and again.
