Today marks week two of our  Gruesome Guardians challenge. We want to see your dark projects featuring a guardian-type creature that protects or guards treasures, doorways to other worlds, long forgotten Fae royalty, whatever. Make it up! We'd love to  hear your  story! Just make sure that you explain your guardian  if it isn't painfully obvious in your work. Well, here we are in our second week of our latest  Macabre Monday challenge.  Our challenge is:  The Poetry and Prose of Poe: Romantic or Lunatic? Poe's writings pretty much run the gamut of real horror, including questions of death, decomposition, premature burial, the reanimation of the dead, and mourning. How can you not be inspired? Okay, so now that the Minions are on a fortnightly schedule, they  have started slacking off a bit.  Just can't keep good help in the dungeon these days. It's week two of our new Macabre Monday challenge, Famous Last Words . Now these last words don't necessarily have to be from a  famous movie or well known novel. They can be death bed utterances or confessions of someone  famous or infamous.  How about the last line from a favorite play by Shakespeare?  He's always good for a  a memorable one liner. Well we have made it to the second challenge of the year, without any casualties in the dungeon! So far.
