Haunted Design House

It's that time of the week where I try to entice you with my wares. The Macabre Monday challenge this week is Freaker's Free for All and we are sponsored by   I used a few Tiddly Inks images for this one. I used  "Vamp Me" as my main image. I also used the  headstone and the coffin from the Vampire extras pack. I attached everything to a floral oval Spellbinder and added some paper fleurs for that overall Gothic feel. I am not a big Vampire fan (I like the dirty werewolves better- like Alcide Herveaux), but this is a sweet image, perfect for the newer generation of Gothic glamourists and Vampyr lovers. The challenge is anything goes, so why not play along with, well, anything!!! As long as it's Hallowe'en or Gothic in nature, we'd love to see it! Quick post today since I'm supposed to be working :P "Why no, BossMan... I'm not blogging... I'm doing research." ANY way, back to this week's fun challenge sponsored by Tiddly Inks ... Whoo hoo... thanks so much, Christy!  I chose to work with Heartbroke Happy ... kinda sad... or is she?  I'm thinking she is more like an inflicter of heartache instead... right?! The sheer skirt was fun to work with, and I tried out some new Copic colors... BG99, BG95, BG93... I'm diggin' them.  And I vamped her out a bit with C00 & BV20's skin tones :) AND do you see the little skully?!  I used a fun red/white camo GlowSkull from our very own Creepy Glowbugg !  I placed him atop a snippet of black lace on top of a swirled ribbon flower that I created from grosgrain... me likey. And I mean quick!  I'm thinking this should have been my holiday card this year... sooooooo easy to mass-produce, clean, simple and with just the right touch o' creepy-cuteness. The Jack ornie was a freebie from Tiddly Inks on PCP (thanks, Christy!) and the sentiment is from a retired set of TAC's.  And of course, the infamous Scor-Bug... I just LOVE that thing.  Jack was colored with Copics and popped up on foam tape. I'll probably have a few more cards to share before the end of the year, so stay tuned :)
