Happy Hallowe'en!!!! Seems like we are waiting all year for this day, here in the dungeon. Then, when it finally arrives, it's so bittersweet. After getting the monster off to school, decked out in his finest "Amanda Bynes" attire, I have had the morning to work on some last minute projects, and watch scary movies since 7 AM. I wish the programming was always like this. I wanted to share an awesome make by Minion Sister Teri, using her wonderfully wicked images from her shop, Delicious Doodles . It is Wednesday already, and I have two   toothy inspiration pieces for you!! Long in the Tooth is the challenge, and we are sponsored by Andrea has offered up a one of a kind sculpture to this week's winner. Check out this post for more info. First up, is the incredibly talented, Teri .  Teri has used her gorgeous new image, La Rosa Muerta , which is available in her digi shop, Delicious Doodles . I toiled and scrapped a few projects before coming up with this card. I printed out some dental diagrams I found on Google images. I printed them onto kraft stock, colored the teeth with a white pastel pencil,  and then aged the panels with distress inks.  I used my favorite stamp from Paper Make Up Stamps called, Chomps . I think he's still available as a digi, but they no longer carry rubber. I added an "I Bite" sentiment and layered it onto a Spellbinder die cut.  I had to add some blood splatter to t...

After seeing what Creepy Glowbugg did with all of those Delicious Doodles images, I didn't even want to post this.  Wasn't that step card amazing?!!!  Me.  So.  Jealous. So, here is my no-frills card for you: That Zombie Pirate image by Teri is awesome, isn't it?  So to make it center-stage, I just used some Karen Foster "Dragon's Gate" paper scraps & popped up the matted image. I had so many killer images from Teri's shop to choose from, so I thought, why limit myself? I'm greedy like that. I made a step card. I managed to get four of Teri's Pirate themed images onto this card. The steps made it possible to add all kinds of goodies, but I think I have a problem with less is more. A side...

Well, a Voodoo image on a card, anyway.  I had been wanting to color up this Delicious Doodles image F.O.R.E.V.E.R. and just never found the time.  Well, lookie: Isn't she wondermous ?  I love this image, even if the rest of the card is just "ok"... Teri, I want to draw like you when (if?) I grow up :)  I think the next time I color her up, I'll go all " Hell's fire " on her... flame hair and all... ooooooo, me likey. Don't you just LOVE that one stick pin... ouch... are you trying to say something, Teri?  Were you miffed at the hubby or something?!  :) That's it for today, stalkers... I hope you enjoyed it! Once again, a couple of us dropped the ball here at HDH and totally forgot one of the Minion's birthdays was yesterday.  Dammit!  Teri, please forgive us... at least you should be getting some guilt loot out of the deal, I'm sure!  I don't know Teri as well as I do Creepy Glowbugg, but here are a few highlights: Mythical Art Nouveau artistry: Ike's infamous Tilda Mince ... but then again, I think ALL of us enjoyed THAT one! 80's metal hair band, Whitesnake... here is a shot with their serious rocker faces on... even though one is in pink and another has fringed sleeves... very few can pull THAT off  :) Here is the green snakeskin dress that Teri wore (in our heads) to her last Whitesnake concert: Filigree pendant... not sure if Teri would like it, but it makes me think of her: Be sure to check back with the Minions throughout the day to see what they've posted on their blogs for the belated Birthday ...
